Camelias 49, 2ºG, 36211, Vigo, Pontevedra, with Commercial Registry in PONTEVEDRA T 4242, L 4242, F 16, S 8, H PO 63696 and you (the USER), when browsing the web pages owned by NO MORE ESSENTIALS and making a payment through its platform.
Please read through this document carefully. Here you will find the terms that regulate the contract and purchases through our website, the rights and obligations of both parties and information on the purchasing process procedures, among other issues.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF TERMS
These Conditions are mandatory for both parties. The USER will be legally bound to each and every one of these Terms of Purchase when contracting products and services through NO MORE ESSENTIALS. It is the USER´s obligation and responsibility to read through them beforehand.
During the course of your order and prior to authorizing payments, the USER must accept the Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree with them, do not continue with the purchase process otherwise the terms of purchase will be applicable.
2. PURCHASING PROCESS
In order to purchase a product at NO MORE ESSENTIALS, you must follow the process detailed below:
- Access the products or services displayed under the different sections on the NO MORE ESSENTIALS website.
- Select the products you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.
- The shopping cart will be displayed on your screen so that you can choose to add products or to complete the purchase.
- Personal Data: In order to continue with your order, the following information will be requested: Name, Surname and Email Address. You will then be asked to create a user account and password on NO MORE ESSENTIALS using your email address. This will allow you to follow and access all the details concerning your order. If you already have a user account with us, you can log in directly.
- Addresses: The information we need to ship your order will then be displayed on your screen. You will have the option to modify the delivery address if it is different from the billing address.
- Order shipping: For all shipments, No More Essentials uses DHL Worldwide and only covers shipping costs. No More Essentials is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or clearance fees nor returned items. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Customers have the option to add extra delivery instructions should they be required.
- Payment: Please select the payment option from the available options and follow the simple instructions to proceed with the payment.
- Acceptance of Legal conditions: In order to continue with the process, you must read through our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy and accept them by checking the corresponding box if you agree. We remind you that by clicking on this button means you accept our legal conditions, making you bound and liable to them.
- Should you make a mistake when entering your personal details, the system will automatically notify you of the areas that need to be amended before proceeding with the payment.

3. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES
3.2. The corresponding VAT will be calculated at the end of each purchase, depending on the country from where the order is placed.
- Within the EU:
- If you are a company and have an intracommunity VAT number, VAT will not be applied, as long as the purchase is made within the EU and not in Spain.
- If you are an individual or a company without an intracommunity VAT number, VAT will be applied accordingly.
- Outside the EU:
- VAT will not be applied.
3.3. The corresponding price for each product will be the specified price at all times on the website.
3.4. NO MORE ESSENTIALS reserves the right to modify the prices and sale conditions. However, the prices and conditions established at the time of placing an order will always be respected and applied accordingly.
3.5. Shipping costs (where applicable) are not included in the product price. Where applicable, the costs will be indicated prior to proceeding with the purchase.
3.6. Customs and import duties applicable outside the EU:

6.2. We will proceed to examine your complaint and, if approved, will notify you by email or telephone if either the reimbursement has been approved or what can be done to solve the issue that both parties can agree on.
6.3. Refunds issued by NO MORE ESSENTIALS of any amount will be made using the same method of payment that was originally used to pay for the purchase.
6.4. The rights recognized by the current legislation are safeguarded and will be respected by both parties.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 NO MORE ESSENTIALS is not liable for any damages arising from any misuse from the USER on the website, the online store or its contents.
NO MORE ESSENTIALS makes no warranty that the website or online store will meet the USER´s requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that the site or the server are free of viruses, malware or other technical issues not directly related to NO MORE ESSENTIALS. We will not be responsible or liable to the USER for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AND RIGHT TO USE
8.1. The USER acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual or industrial property rights in all products, content and services supplied as part of the NO MORE ESSENTIALS website, shall remain at all times vested in NO MORE ESSENTIALS or our licensors.
