Our delivery courier is DHL Worldwide. Delivery times may vary due to the item purchased and the destination. All this information is provided in the shipping confirmation email. For more information regarding updates on your delivery, please contact us using the Contact page.

Shipping is free on all NO MORE ESSENTIALS products unless otherwise stated on the product page or on the purchase summary. Customers are entirely responsible for paying the costs of duties, taxes and custom clearance fees on deliveries from NME.

As our products are exclusively handcrafted for each client, it is not possible to return or exchange them. Should a product exchange be approved, all return costs and all new shipping costs incurred will be paid for by the client.
