Product Care

To ensure the ongoing quality of jewellery we recommend the following:

• Avoid contact with abrasive and chemical products.
• Avoid high temperatures.
• Store jewellery separately to reduce possible scratching.
• Avoid knocks and scrapes on diamonds as they may break.
• Clean regularly to maintain quality.
• Use warm water with neutral pH soap and a soft toothbrush to clean. Dry thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth.
• We advise removing jewellery when going to the gym or doing sports activities.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free of charge. Customers are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and custom clearance fees incurred on No More Essential shipments.

Due to the exclusive customisation of each product, returns and exchanges are not permitted. In the rare case that a product can be exchanged, customers must cover the return costs and the cost of the replacement order.

Time of manufacturing is approximately 15-20 working days, not including delivery times. Customers will be kept informed of the status of their order at all times.
