Product Care

In order to maintain the high quality and finish of the product, we recommend the following guidelines:

• Avoid contact with water, oily and alcohol-based products (such as hand cream, make-up, hand sanitiser and perfume).
• Should your product get wet, use a soft, microfibre cleaning cloth immediately to remove excess liquid.
• To clean, use a soft microfibre cloth. Never use solvents.
• When not in use, store the item in the dust bag provided with your purchase.
• Avoid high temperatures and protect from humidity. Keep away from direct sources of heat and sunlight.
• Be careful not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces as they could cause scratch marks.

Warning: the product is made with natural leather so the colour may naturally wear and fade over time. The wrinkles and marks are not defects, but the signs of a natural material.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free of charge. Customers are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and custom clearance fees incurred on No More Essential shipments. 

Due to the exclusive customisation of each product, returns and exchanges are not permitted. In the rare case that a product can be exchanged, customers must cover the return costs and the cost of the replacement order.

Time of manufacturing is approximately 15-20 working days, not including delivery times. Customers will be kept informed of the status of their order at all times.
