• Clean with a sponge or soft cloth. For tougher stains use a soft cleaning brush.
• Avoid contact with liquids as marble is porous and can leave marks. Should liquid be spilled, dab immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid rubbing as it may stain permanently.
• Keep in a safe place where contact with other objects can be avoided. This reduces the possibility of damage (through knocks or bangs, etc.).

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free of charge. Customers are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and custom clearance fees incurred on No More Essential shipments.

Due to the exclusive customisation of each product, returns and exchanges are not permitted. In the rare case that a product can be exchanged, customers must cover the return costs and the cost of the replacement order.

Time of manufacturing is approximately 15-20 working days, not including delivery times. Customers will be kept informed of the status of their order at all times.
