Product care

Due to the very delicate materials used, we recommend the following guidelines:

• Do not wet.
• Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or chemicals.
• Keep away from direct heat sources such as radiators and fireplaces.
• Protect from damp and humid environments.
• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
• Display in a safe area to avoid any possible damage.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free of charge. Customers are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and custom clearance fees incurred on No More Essential shipments. 

Due to the exclusive customisation of each product, returns and exchanges are not permitted. In the rare case that a product can be exchanged, customers must cover the return costs and the cost of the replacement order.

Time of manufacturing is approximately 15-20 working days, not including delivery times. Customers will be kept informed of the status of their order at all times.
